the room had a large balcony. the lounge provided tea and coffee facilities. the bedroom featured the biggest most comfortable bed i have ever slept in.
the receptionist was rude. she stated that a complimentary upgrade was not something the hotel offered. this exchange left me feeling very embarrassed.

poor buffet high prices
the breakfast was a complete disaster. i waited an eternity to get some fried eggs. the buffet offered very few options, many of them already finished because staff did not check it regurlarly. Also the prices were much higher that anticipated.

the staff welcomed me warmly and provided assistance with luggage i found ample comfortable seating throughout the hotel decor looked recently updated breakfast was a delight with a variety of choices and attentive service i particularly enjoyed the swimming experience both before breakfast and in the late evening plus soaking in the jacuzzi.

A Grand Stay, Mostly
wide selection hot item evening atmosphere
The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of hot and cold items. It included gluten free options. The live music in the bar added to the evening atmosphere. I found communal areas to be inviting. The staff displayed excellent service, I would repeat.
The leisure facilities showed some wear and tear, I noticed some areas need update.

The hotel enjoys an amazing location. Many local attractions were easy to reach from the hotel. Public transport links are close, this makes it a great base for exploring. I enjoyed the proximity.

Debussy Suite, A Dream Come True!

We received an upgrade to the Debussy Suite. It was much larger than our bungalow and clean. We had a large balcony, and the lounge featured a sofa, two chairs, a big TV, a mini-fridge, a dining table with four chairs. coffee and tea amenities. The bathroom had a roll-top bath, a walk-in shower designed for two, twin sinks, and marble flooring.
The breakfast service was very slow, and the indoor health facilities need some maintenance. The steam room wasn't working properly.

The location is perfect!!! It is conveniently located to walk across the road to the beach and sea. It offers the bonus of being able to park the car at the front of the hotel. This made exploring the area effortless.
